Lydia is one of South Africa’s foremost Speakers on Self-Mastery, as well as Empowerment of Women - she gained tremendous knowledge, both nationally and internationally and has become a recognized authority on the subject of Communication and Emotional Intelligence.
Currently her focus in the corporate environment is on NLP Skills, Emotional Intelligence, all aspects of Leadership Development, and the Empowerment of Women in Business.
She is a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) and studied Human Resources focusing on Training and Development, Industrial Relations, OD & OB, Personnel Planning and Workflow processes related to Business Performance. Although she focuses mainly on corporate development, her drive for people development at all levels is also very evident in her work with younger people of 16 – 21 years of age. Guidance on career choices based on strengths, personality and behavior has assisted many students in making the right career choices.
